With over 14 years’ experience in insurance, risk management, and dispute resolution, Samantha Harden brings a calm, strategic, and solutions-focused approach to even the most complex conflicts.

Her career began in the UK insurance industry, where she held senior underwriting and strategic development roles for Lloyd’s of London and in the company markets.

She developed deep and practical expertise in real estate transactional risk, with a particular focus on legal indemnities and contingency exposures. Over the course of her career, she has partnered with some of the UK’s most prominent developers, advising on large-scale infrastructure and real estate transactions. Her role often involved navigating complex legal and commercial risks, designing bespoke risk-transfer solutions, and ensuring that projects could move forward with clarity, confidence, and strategic alignment.

Today, Samantha is the Founder and Principal Mediator at TiO Strategy, where she facilitates sensitive, high-stakes conversations and helps clients reach practical, lasting outcomes. She also serves as Head of Projects and Strategy at IREDD, an insurance intermediary based in the City, and as COO at Riskoncise, a risk-tech start-up focused on providing innovative tools for managing project risk across the UK and Europe.
